The app license, subscription details, and using Somely responsibly.
The Somely iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement contains the governing license terms, including permitted use, external services, warranties, and limitations.
This page explains practical use and subscription details; it does not replace Apple’s license agreement. The publisher is Philip Ventura.
The App Store purchase screen shows the available subscription, localized price, billing period, and any introductory offer you are eligible for before you confirm. A trial is available only when shown as eligible by the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you start an eligible free trial, the subscription renews at the displayed price when the trial ends unless you cancel in time.
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Somely. Removing the app or deleting your Somely account does not cancel billing. Use Restore purchases in Somely to recover an existing purchase, using the Apple Account that bought it.
For refund requests, visit Apple’s refund service. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.
Only save or share content you have permission to use. Other platforms and original creators retain their own rights. Saving a source in Somely does not grant permission to redistribute it.
