Who we are
This privacy policy covers the Somely website and support enquiries. The person responsible is Philip Ventura. Contact somelyapp@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
Somely’s production app is still being set up. This website does not offer app registration, accept saved content, or process subscription purchases. We will publish the app’s privacy policy before the app becomes publicly available.
When you visit this website
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and processes connection information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and request timing to deliver pages and protect the service. Cloudflare may process this information across its global network. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, forms, or browser storage to this site. Fonts and images are served with the site. We do not sell website visitors’ personal information or use it for cross-site advertising.
When you contact us
If you email somelyapp@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use Google Gmail to receive and respond to messages, resolve support questions, and handle privacy requests. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment card information, or sensitive saved content. We keep correspondence as needed to respond, resolve the issue, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it; we may need to retain information necessary for legal obligations or a dispute. Email-provider backups and operational logs are subject to the provider’s own retention practices.
Your choices and requests
